Watra Property Management Inc. takes a unique approach to all aspects of the Landlord and Tenant relationship. Owners never have to deal with a tenant, we deal directly with the tenant 100% of the time. We will find you the best possible tenant - our commitment to that goal is demonstrated by our fee structure; as we don't get paid until the owners do. There are no upfront fees; we take a small percentage of rents collected for our services provided.
It is our goal to ensure positive rental experiences for both Landlord and Tenant, and we take care of every detail along the way.
We currently serve the following areas: Grey-Bruce, Huron-Perth, Wellington North, Wellington County, Waterloo Region, Simcoe, Lindsay, Matheson and Manitoulin Island.
We work closely with tenants and landlords to ensure everyone has an enjoyable tenancy. We are hands on and make ourselves available to all parties so that any concerns and/or issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Part of our duties are to collect rents when due. When rent is not paid on time we deliver a form called an N4, this form allows tenants 14 days to pay rent, after which time, if it has not been paid or payment arrangements have not been made, we can file for a hearing to have a tenant evicted on the landlords' behalf.
